Venice + Bento = VENTO In 2005 and two guys in Venice, California set out to simply provide great food at an affordable price in a convenient manner... what actually happened was the unintentional beginning of a food revolution... high end food trucks! Just missing out on the advent of facebook and twitter as a way to promote and track some, mobile food carriers, VENTO was ahead of it's time. Maybe that it's time to bring it back. I was only 1/2 of the venture... in charge of the branding, marketing and advertising.
